As a Case Manager, Amy is motivated by a sense of urgency, prioritization, and meeting business objectives with unwavering customer service. Prior to joining Griffin, Amy spent nearly 25 years in the life insurance and annuity industry, serving in case management, annuity customer service, internal wholesaling, and contracting roles. During her tenure at MassMutual, she was recognized with multiple “Quality Service accolades,” “Bright Ideas-High Caliper-Innovative,” and “Team Building” awards. She earned the prestigious NAILBA Certified Case Manager certificate (NCCM) from the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies in 2022. Amy additionally holds a Life and Health Insurance License and an Associate’s Degree in Science.

Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her 3 sons and her furry friends. Her life philosophy is to always stay humble and never stop working to reach your goals.
