A Top of the Table Producer, Sean’s 30 plus years in the financial services industry have seen him in leadership roles working alongside successful financial advisors across several organizations, where his experience has helped them achieve next level success. His primary focus lies in building relationships with advisors and assisting in the use of life insurance in the financial planning process for both individuals and family-owned businesses, he can help in case design or interacting with the client alongside the advisor at the point of sale.
Motivated by his defiantly entrepreneurial mindset, Sean strives to see every financial professional he works with elevate their business and bring cutting-edge ideas and value to their clients.
Sean began his career with Prudential as an agent in Long Island, NY, eventually moving through sales management and becoming the managing director of the Houston agency. During his time in Texas, the Houston agency grew to become the leading financial planning operation in Prudential. In 2003, Sean transitioned over to Jefferson Pilot as
the Regional Director of their Raleigh NC branch, where he rebuilt the organization to top-performing status with 275 advisors in 23 states. Sean joined The Pinnacle Group as
Executive Vice President in 2015, merging his organization in with Pinnacle’s. As a member of the company’s Advanced Markets team, he has extensive experience with complex case presentation and execution.
Over the course of his career, Sean has received numerous awards for agency building, advisor development, and sales achievements. He has served on the board of NAIFA and is currently serving on several Field Advisory councils across the industry. He currently holds a Series 6, 7, 65, 26, 24, 51.
Sean lives in Wake Forest, NC with His wife Teresa, who is also an advisor. They enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with their 5 children.
