Complete this before you take an application. Carrier training and state training both have to be on file. When they are not, cases do not just wait — they come back for new signatures, and that is a conversation with your client you can avoid.

When you receive the welcome email for contracting, it will have a link to register to the website. The product training is the first place you are taken to.
There is a different PST per product and the status for each is clear within the carrier website.
