Complete this before you take an application. Carrier training and state training both have to be on file. When they are not, cases do not just wait — they come back for new signatures, and that is a conversation with your client you can avoid.
Product training is located in the contracting packet that is completed through SureLC. Agents must attest to reviewing the training materials prior to soliciting business. If agent does not attest after the training video, it does not count.
